剧情梗概：
职业杀手高守（刘德华饰）手段高强，深得女老板ICE（伍咏薇饰）赏识，不意却激起另一杀手王昌（郑浩南饰）的妒恨。某日，高守偶遇初出茅庐执行任务的女杀手如枫（袁咏仪饰），并在对方的胁迫下带其逃离现场，而这一场相遇，在两人心中留下了不灭的痕迹。警官董辉（李子雄饰）保护的污点证人在开庭时被高守乔装的法官当众击杀，董辉至此开始对高守锲而不舍的追索。与此同时，高守与如枫的再次相遇点燃了两人的爱火，而如枫对高守的真实身份却一无所知。不久高守在一次任务中意外失手，ICE按照杀手组织规则指派如枫刺杀失败者，而已经对警方大开杀戒的王昌和步步紧逼的董辉亦先后将矛头对准了高守剧情版本二：法官(刘德华)是ICE(伍咏薇)杀手集团中的一级杀手，ICE心仪法官。但法官却以杀手不能有真感情为由来拒绝，令ICE又爱又恨。ICE的得力助手兼保镳三哥(郑浩南)，锺情ICE，但却被视为泄欲工具，对他若即若离。法官新任务，就是暗杀黑帮大亨虎爷，法官留港期间，邂逅了少女如枫(袁咏仪)。如枫和法官三番两次在不同场合相遇，令两人不得不相信真的有缘份这回事。如枫是ICE的妹妹，当两人沉醉于浪漫中之际，ICE得悉一切，嫉妒之心油然而生，决定加以破坏。她告知法官，如枫已被另一杀手集团聘用预备刺法官。另一方面，ICE对如枫下达命令，暗杀法官。如枫和法官虽然各怀心事，仍如常相处。但如枫果然出手，岂料法官早有防，两人对峙，如枫始终不忍下手，结果为法官所杀
