剧情梗概：
滨海市检察院公诉一处在接手一个新案件时，遭遇棘手的情况，连办了多年案子的林正阳都感到很困惑。在每次的讯问过程中，田凤仙只有一句话：我不是你们要找的人。任凭检察人员再怎么问，她都非常有定力、有耐力地重复着那一句话。哪怕面对二十多个熟悉她的家人、乡亲的一致指认——她就是田凤仙，她依然面无表情地说：我不是你们要找的人。为了解开疑点，获得扎实的证据，林正阳决定带领着李萌、谭冰重新走一遍案件调查。在滨海市郊田凤仙以前生活的地方，他们不仅逼真地还原了田凤仙杀人纵火的整个过程，还更多地了解到案件背后的故事。一个晚上，田凤仙持枪进入姚富义家里，把姚富义枪杀后反锁上大门，一把火把姚家给烧了，当时她并不知道，里面还有两个小孩在睡觉。放火之后，田凤仙怒气冲冲的赶到猪场，欲杀仇人陈志彬，不料却被同在猪场值班的赵淑华极力阻止，陈志彬逃脱。作案之后，田凤仙便在人们眼前销声匿迹，这一走，就是八年。林正阳小组不得不努力寻找能证明田凤仙身份的证据。真相大白，林正阳长长舒了一口气，终于掌握不可改变的证据了。而面对这个无法自圆其说的鉴定接过，田凤仙依然坚持：我不是你们要找的人。在她心里，田凤仙的确早已经死了。
