剧情梗概：聂小倩之乾坤金印是一部片，道士燕赤霞和书生宁采臣，为了除掉树妖姥姥救出受制于姥姥的聂小倩，与众侠士在兰若寺中与姥姥大战，不慎引发乾坤金印的时空穿梭神力，被金印传送到了现代。来到现代的燕赤霞、宁采臣和聂小倩从妖魔手上救下女主角媛媛，三人在媛媛家暂时安顿，却给媛媛带来了诸多麻烦。另一边，一同来到现代的姥姥和蛇妖处心积虑的想要利用乾坤金印的神力，妄图将兰若寺搬到现代，把人间变成妖魔的乐园。燕赤霞和媛媛完全不知道已经进入了姥姥的巨大阴谋之中。最终，媛媛牺牲了自己阻止了姥姥的邪恶计划。而燕赤霞抱着死去的媛媛消失在了夜空之中。多年以后，在现代社会生活已久的燕赤霞，遇到了一个觉得他似曾相识的女孩，而那个女孩的相貌和媛媛一模一样。
