剧情梗概：午夜凶梦是一部悬疑,惊悚,恐怖片，她叫方蕾（周显欣 饰），是一个容貌姣好、专业突出的外科医生，她的生活一丝不苟，甚至带点儿从医着过分敏感的洁癖。可是在她光鲜的外表下，却有着难以为人倾诉的痛苦。每当夜幕降临，那困扰多年的噩梦便如约而至。梦中，身着白衣的女子尾随方蕾，并以凄厉的声音叫着她的名字。这一切都令她痛苦不堪。                                                                    　　某天，方蕾重逢学生时代的好友安琪拉（钟欣桐 饰）及其老公——周蕾的初恋男友周峰（吴建飞 饰）。老友旧爱重逢，别样的情愫在三人的心间悄悄滋长，却不知危险也在一步步地逼近。某天周峰神秘失踪，方蕾也隐约感到现实生活中种种不祥事件不仅都和那个噩梦有关，而自己也似乎深陷其中。真相的背后，是恐怖阴险的阴谋以及充满丑恶欲望的人心……一句话评论：我们笑的很开心。午夜凶梦，近期看过的国产恐怖中比较靠谱点的一个。这种根儿都坏的片子存在的意义是啥？。说它是烂片，都感觉再夸它！！！。此片应该改成富江0；起源的开始。我滴妈丫 还有这电影，尼玛 还让她在电影院上映。知足吧，比《床下有人》《紫宅》《致命请柬》《夜惊魂》之流强多了。《午夜凶梦》：海报大于内容的国产惊悚。对国产恐怖片彻底的失望。一向拒绝鬼片的我看完竟然没感觉。
