Silk Road is a documentary. In 1271 AD, Marco Polo started a legendary oriental journey. Six hundred years later, Awenhe, an ambitious explorer, was determined to pursue a prominent reputation, determined to cross the remote Central Asian frontier, and to find a dream in the Silk Road city. He not only opened the road of adventure to the East, became the first person to explore Tibet and discovered the source of the Indian River.
