剧情梗概：
麦道梅（曾志伟 饰）人如其名，一生历经坎坷无数，去内衣厂工作就连累企业业绩直线下滑，谈女朋友就被抛弃，连累的三十多岁的家姐至今未嫁。无奈的姐姐拿出了家传的玉镯赠与一事无成的麦道梅，希望帮他转运，抑郁的麦道梅酒后驾车，被人撞下高坡，迷迷糊糊见到了牛头马面，此二鬼卒告知麦道梅阳寿未尽，在王百万、包黛丽、石神三人身亡之后即是他麦道梅之死期……清醒过来的麦道梅马上遇上了被撕票的富翁王百万，而石神便是绑架王百万的案犯之一，而包黛丽则是石神的女友，为了自救，麦道梅试图保护包黛丽和石神，因此卷入了这起绑架案，而石神的妹妹石女（钟楚红 饰）更是令麦道梅心动。未知麦道梅如何自救，又怎样赢得石女芳心？
Mai Daomei (Eric Tsang) lives up to her name, and has gone through countless ups and downs in her life. When she went to work in an underwear factory, her company's performance plummeted, and she was abandoned when she talked about her girlfriend. The helpless elder sister took out a family heirloom jade bracelet and gave it to Mai Daomei, who had achieved nothing, hoping to help him transfer luck. The depressed Mai Daomei was driving after drinking, and was knocked down a high slope. In a daze, he saw a bull head and a horse face. After the death of Wang Wanwan, Bao Daili and Shishen, it is the time of his death... Mai Daomei, who wakes up, immediately meets the rich man Wang Wanwan who has been torn apart. Shishen is one of the criminals who kidnapped Wang Wanwan, and Bao Daili is Shishen's girlfriend. In order to save himself, Mai Daomai tried to protect Bao Daili and Shishen, so he was involved in this kidnapping case. The woman (played by Zhong Chuhong) made Mai Daomei even more excited. It is unknown how Mai Daomei can save herself, and how can she win the heart of the stone girl?
