This film takes Su Shi's four-year relegation to Huangzhou as the line, observes his life's mental journey, and interprets Su Dongpo's life perception, spiritual transformation and artistic sublimation process from multiple dimensions such as literature, art, food, and emotion. At the same time, supplemented by the latest Su Dongpo research results today, it reproduces the most abundant and most authentic image of Su Dongpo. The whole film is divided into six episodes: "Snow Mud and Claws", "A Minotaur in Misty Rain", "The Great River Going East", "Successful", "Eternal Love", "Crossing South and Returning to North".
