"Akashinga: The Brave Ones," a documentary executive produced by James Cameron, focuses on a group of hardcore women who are determined to fight poachers to the death. They voluntarily accept devil training to protect endangered animals , and the spiritual pillar behind it comes from the most powerful force in nature: the guardian instinct of women. According to the organizer, Damien Mander, these women who have suffered from sexual assault and domestic violence are more able to protect weak creatures than anyone else. "Akasinga" means "brave" in the Shona language. The film will premiere on Earth Day this year.
