剧情梗概：
国际刑警龙志强（洪金宝 饰）因侦破一宗逾亿元的犯罪交易，而被以“玫瑰夫人”为首的犯罪集团报复灭门，并截去其女小凤。龙志强幸逃过大难，他深信女儿仍在生。小凤（谢婷婷 饰）被玫瑰夫人洗脑后训练成一代超级杀手。十五年后，小凤出道与其他同门在黑道大开杀戒。由于小凤武艺高强，每次均能完成任务，玫瑰夫人更因 此将犯罪集团扩大，任务遍及世界各地。在一次执行任务时，小凤因放人一条生路，反而受伤流血。经基因测试，警方发现小凤的基因与龙志强当年失踪的女儿完全一样。龙志强决心重新调查，对玫瑰夫人集团对决，然而龙志强却没有意料到自己已成为亲生女儿追杀的目标……
Interpol Long Zhiqiang (Sam Po Hung) was punished by a criminal group headed by "Madame Rose" for uncovering a criminal transaction worth over 100 million yuan, and amputated his daughter Xiaofeng.
