剧情梗概：
愉快的假期来到，戴夫（杰森李JasonLee饰）带着花栗鼠艾尔文（贾斯汀朗JustinLong配音）、西蒙（马修格雷古伯勒MatthewGrayGubler配音）以及鼠姐妹登上豪华游轮，展开快乐自在的旅行。但是艾尔文他们玩的实在太High，在船上惹出不少的乱子，令戴夫颇为光火。顽皮的花栗鼠们玩耍风筝，谁知却令它们和戴夫以及老对头伊恩（DavidCross饰）一起坠入大海，漂流到一座荒岛之上。小家伙们在未知的丛林中展开了求生大冒险，与此同时还结识了美丽的女子佐伊（珍妮斯蕾特JennySlate饰）。看似如天堂般的小岛，却隐藏着不为人知的秘密剧情简介三只花栗鼠和鼠妹们登上了一艘豪华游轮开始了一段充满了欢乐的航海旅程，花栗鼠们不顾戴夫的劝阻，在游船上又跳舞、又喝酒还兼带着赌博。小花栗鼠们原本在游轮上玩得相当开心，不过带头的艾文因为太过顽皮，给大卫制造了许多麻烦。趁戴夫睡着，艾文又带头在船上玩起了动力伞，一大群花栗鼠被风吹到了一个海岛上。刚刚登陆的花栗鼠们觉得既慌张又恐怖，它们想尽一切办法找食物和晚上睡觉的栖身之所。从来没有在野外生活的花栗鼠们此时为了求生也纷纷使出绝活，很快，它们就适应了荒岛上的生活，不但开始学起泰山用藤绳垂吊在树林间穿梭，用镜片与太阳折射产热原理生火取暖，为了食物，还大打出手，原始本能尽出。打闹和顽皮的状态又故技复萌。岛上有一个活火山，即将爆发，花栗鼠们这个时候还没有意识到这很危险。而这个时候，戴夫则费尽了千辛万苦找到了这个小岛，他希望能在火山爆发之前找到自己的艾文和另外5只花栗鼠。
