剧情梗概：
与地球不同次元，名为疫苗界的地方是个和平稳定、四季如春的世界。某天封印在那里的病毒大王暗魔跑了出来往地球的方向逃亡正为此事烦恼的疫苗界女神玛雅命令见习守护兽麦丸去抓暗魔及暗魔所生出来的病毒回来。于是在对于其他次元的事完全无知的地球中，出现了一个不怎么有名的新人角色扮演偶像─中原小麦。她今天刚好在池袋一个会场工作，而奉命追逐病毒却反而被攻击受伤的麦丸突然从空中掉下来，被小麦抱住的麦丸因为感受到她爱的力量，于是将魔法手杖交给小麦，说明了一切事情原委。虽然小麦对这件突如其来的事情感到困惑，但是由于她没大脑且对于有困难的人无法见死不救的个性，于是便一口气答应下来。于是小麦除了担任魔法少女之外，还要从事偶像的工作，而学校也不能不去，小麦于是便成了一个大忙人。话说回来，她能够用爱的魔法拯救地球吗？
