剧情梗概：
很久以前，那还是人类憧憬宇宙，满溢着开拓精神的时代。世界各国在太阳系各行星建设了新的都市，众多的人们在那里安定地度日。在火星上建造的日本新都道府县之一，第4东京都。在这个都市的经济特区雾科市有着以航空宇宙事业闻名的超一流企业雾科公司。这个公司在各种领域扩展市场，也运营着名为雾科科学技术学园的私立学校。仅仅如此便已经很特殊了，但学园内还有着更加大放异彩的班级。白天在学园以学生身份努力学习，放学后以职员身份到公司上班，参与名为发展型试作火箭开发的重要项目。那就是雾科公司先行技术开发部教育开发室通称A-TEC。担任这个部门室长的年轻天才工程师濑良海斗，同时在学校还是A-TEC学生们的担任教师，被亲切（？）地称作热血火箭老师。故事从转学生转入A-TEC开始。A-TEC迎来了新伙伴，但在前往火星的途中发生了转学生被绑架的事件。能渡过难关的只有自己这些人，如此判断的海斗与A-TEC的成员们一同，展开了前所未闻的救援作战
