剧情梗概：
《北逃/逃北者》是由著名导演内详导演的于2008年韩国地区上映的一部类型的剧情片,由车仁表申明哲徐荣华主演,该片主要讲述了2007年，朝鲜咸镜道某村一家三口金龙修和老婆孩子一家三口是朝鲜的贫下中农。老婆怀孕了，长期营养不良导致贫血，还有严重的肺结核。 为了老婆，龙修把儿子钟爱的小狗杀了给老婆补身子，但朝鲜买不到肺结核药，龙修只好变卖了家里能卖的一切凑足路费偷渡到中国。 在中国，龙修玩命打工，挣的钱都用来给老婆买肺结核药。作为偷渡者，龙修时刻处于被中国警察抓捕的危险之中，一旦被抓住遣返朝鲜，等待他的是被作为叛国者处死。龙修在逃跑中丢了钱和药，一个延边人告诉他跑到韩国领事馆可以领到一大笔钱。他就奋力挣脱中国警察的人墙，终于进入了韩国领事馆，却没有领到钱。 龙修被告知，只有他加入大韩民国国籍，他才可以得到一笔安家费，如果他执意走出领事馆，他将被中国警察逮捕遣返。龙修听罢放声大哭 在韩国，龙修将所有的钱都存起来准备寄给老婆孩子，而实际上朝鲜遥远得简直如同另一个星球。龙修去买肺结核药，被告知肺结核药是免费索取的。独自生活在天堂般的韩国，龙修痛苦不堪，上帝为什么只在韩国而不在朝鲜？朝鲜到底怎么啦？; 龙修走后，龙修的老婆就贫病而死，12岁的儿子俊伊成了孤儿，流落街头。最后因为偷渡被关进朝鲜集中营(类似中国的劳改监狱)。 因为疾病、饥饿、虐待，集中营每天都在死人，老鼠啃噬尸体，活人身上长了蛆通过贿赂，俊伊被营救出集中营，但最终死在见爸爸的路上

\"North Escape/Escape\" is a type of plot film released by the well -known director in the South Korea in 2008.
