剧情梗概：
本作改编自日本作家森见登美彦创作的同名小说。2013年3月21日起播出了共13话的第一季。春番延续了第一季原班制作阵容，动画制作由P.A.Works负责，声优在樱井孝宏、诹访部顺一等众多大牌领衔之下，二期新人物的声优则有间岛淳司、日笠阳子、中村悠一等多位实力派加盟。作品以日本传统古都京都为舞台，世界分为人类界、狸猫界、天狗界三大势力。狸猫拥有变身能力，天狗拥有神通力可遨游天空。三大势力的相互碰撞摩擦中，既展现了各个种族的迷茫困惑，也流露出跨越种族的相互理解与帮助。他们的故事时而热闹搞笑，时而寂寞悲凉，最终却转向润物细无声的温暖与治愈。凭借着这样引人入胜的剧情，以及P.A.Works展现的京都宁静和平的日常街景，本作获得了第17回文化厅媒体艺术祭动画部门优秀奖。相信第二季也会再续辉煌。
