《宝贝老板/娃娃老板》是由著名导演汤姆·麦格拉思导演的于2017年欧美地区上映的一部喜剧,动画类型的动画片,由亚历克·鲍德温史蒂夫·布西密吉米·坎摩尔丽莎·库卓托比·马奎尔迈尔斯·克里斯托弗·巴克什主演,该片主要讲述了现在的孩子都是家里的小皇帝、小公主，生了孩子后一家人的生活重心彻底改变，大人们都要围着孩子转。有感于此，梦工厂导演TomMcGrath构思了这部《娃娃老板》，不过他脑洞更大，在片中，这些咿咿呀呀、满地乱爬的小娃娃一个个成为心机很深的阴谋家！亚历克·鲍德温（AlecBaldwin）在《娃娃老板》里为主角婴儿TimothyTempleton配音，当家中迎来弟弟后，他一下子就失宠了，爸爸妈妈的心思全都在弟弟身上，这让他很不爽。不过更加让他震惊的是，看似人畜无害的弟弟原来是一家叫做Puppy公司的经理，这家公司正密谋颠覆世界。Timothy必须和“弟弟”联起手来，才能拯救他们的父母、阻止这一阴谋。一大部分时间在说二胎大法好。不仅可以将各种厚望分散给各位龙凤，还能敦促他们互相进步【。这和Storks都是妥妥的正能量宣传动画啊。虽然实在很低龄，而且并没什么原创有新意的片子，但最最最让我感动的是：给baby配音的人是鲍胖，那个角色性格、巨婴设定简直和JackDonaghy一模一样。#30RockForever故事发展的简单大条真是到了惊人的地步，但是所有这些剧情上的粗暴好像在贱兮兮的小baby身上都变得合理起来。这电影可以作为中国二胎开放的宣导片。
