剧情梗概：
淑玲（谢婷婷饰）得到市郊一间中学的代课教职，被编派往中四E班授课。班内学生顽劣，只有噹噹比较乖，常静坐一角，与淑玲比较投契。淑玲上任后渐渐觉得中四E班的学生有古怪，女生们经常打扮得十分性感，浓妆艳抺。淑玲怀疑她们在援交，并在噹噹的引领下找到GiGi（杨梓瑶饰）、CoCo、素芳（江怡饰）三位同学及领头的志强（梁进龙饰）。她力劝同学们不要援交，反被斥为老古董；志强更警告她不要多管閒事，以免招惹麻烦。淑玲唯有与教务主任报告学生的问题，但主任讶异地指出学校根本没有中四E班。淑玲开始害怕，接到前男友兆中的电话遂告之情况；兆中带她寻找一名大师指引，被给予一件金刚法器保护自己。淑玲忽然收到妈妈电话，说她正与素芳、GiGi、CoCo在学校等她。淑玲赶到学校惊见中四E班的众学生渐渐变成鬼样，更强行将她妈妈推下楼。淑玲大受刺激，拔出金刚法器跟众鬼搏斗。警方抵达现场，发现完全崩溃的淑玲把全班同学杀死，喃喃自语地说中四E班的学生全都是鬼。到底中四E班是否存在？是否有鬼魂作祟？究竟谁才是鬼？宝（周秀娜饰）在内地旅行时不幸遇上交通意外，客死异乡。跟她一起旅行的四位团友细强（洪天明饰）、雪儿（庄思敏饰）、阿梦（方晧玟饰）和虾头（杨思敏饰）来到灵堂致祭，碰上宝的男友家明。他们记得旅途上宝曾跟家明在电话中争吵，更以死要胁，但家明还是无动于衷，四人更怀疑宝可能怀孕了。守夜时间告一段落，虾头邀请家明一起晚饭。当大家开怀大嚼打边炉的时候，家明却坚持不起筷，面对眼前食物更忽然呕吐大作。此时家明一脸灰白，加上正值寒冬，他却衣履单薄，十分吓人。众人心裡发毛地继续跟家明用饍，胆大的细强鼓起勇气问家明为何跟宝分手。原来家明直到分手一刻也没告诉宝自己是有妇之夫，并拿出了自己与妻子的合照。梦记得宝也藏着一样的照片，却是家明、宝及凤三人。家明十分疑惑，问梦为何得悉此人是凤。当梦说出宝曾解说与凤的关係时，一把利刀从家明手上直刺向梦；其他人亦陆续倒下，原来家明在火锅里下了毒！为何家明要下毒？凤又是何许人？家明、宝与凤之间又藏着甚么秘密？
