History boys are a story, comedy, homosexual film, which is the story of a group of high IQ boys. In the 1980s, in a men's middle school in northern Britain, eight high school students were actively preparing for the admissions examination of Oxford and Cambridge University. These boys have different personalities. Thousands of people, Dakin (Dominic Cooper), who has a high self -esteem; Rudge (Rudge Russell Tovey), which is not easy to have a well -developed mind. They have their own interpretation of knowledge about textbooks. The weird old man HeCTOR (Richard Griffiths), a weird old man who teaches them literature, is unique in teaching. He advocates that students have emotional resonance and enjoyment through textbooks, rather than simply studying for further studies. The opposite of his teaching model is the school's newly hired teacher Tom (Stephen Campbell Moore). Tom's goal is to help these children be admitted to Oxford or Cambridge as much as possible.
