He rescues her from Daniel and brings her to his home, where a relationship between them soon develops. Marina is pregnant, but since Daniel does not want the child, Rafael offers to step in as the father, having his own physical problems, preventing him from having kids. He and Marina stays together as a couple, and as a family. But once everything seems to be settled, Daniel - released from prison - shows up again.




Lucky Star is a plot. In the 1920s, there were two towns in Florida, Southeast, USA. One is poor and desolate, and most of the residents are white; the other is the rich and prosperous black town -Rosewood. The racial tension that originally existed was even more unpredictable because a white woman misunderstood that strange blacks attacked her. White mobs began to kill Rosewood's people in anger, and a large number of innocent women and children were forced to escape from their homes.
