剧情梗概：热血神探是一部喜剧,爱情,悬疑片，清末民初的南国祥城，民智未开，恶势力横行。捕头孔雪笠和仵作方栋，不畏邪恶，用自己掌握的现代科学知识和装神弄鬼的黑暗势力展开了一次又一次的斗争，揭穿了他们丑恶的嘴脸。老百姓也在正邪势力的对抗中，逐渐觉醒起来。孔雪笠与方栋虽性格迥异，但都有一颗赤诚的正义之心，两人在破解江湖秘术、扫除封建迷信的过程中，成为了一对生死与共的好兄弟。此间，孔雪笠和酒楼老板娘一见钟情，却因黑暗势力从中作梗险些劳燕纷飞。最终老板娘冲破迷信的束缚，有情人终成眷属。
