剧情梗概：阴风耳是一部恐怖片，记者DVD（周海媚）采访浮尸案，接触到疯言疯语的钉子婆，预言将要死很多人。DVD相信鬼魂害人之说，而重案组CID车头则坚决不信。DVD得钉子指示，救回想自寻短见的廉署职员Gary，以及数年前曾犯案而因证据不足获释的女子光头。钉子触怒恶鬼被杀，车头与DVD欲与鬼决战。运动员Fanny（万绮雯）得死去的钉子相助营救二人，然而水鬼已上身，潜伏其中一人身上……一句话评论：老港片不在于好坏在于怀念。
