剧情梗概：冤灵是一部片，音乐人RICKY（范振锋饰）与律师女友CHRISTINA（陈霁平饰）搬进一间空置很久的住所，当他们搬进这住宅的时候，屋里只有一把铁锤。起初他们不以为意，但渐渐RICKY的性格发生变化，终日拿着铁锤四处敲打，RICKY的拍档兼好友阿伦（梁奕伦饰）开始发觉事件不寻常，怎料RICKY更变本加厉地拿着铁锤袭击CHRISTINA的表妹MILK（黄榕饰）。CHRISTINA经过仔细调查后发现，原来他们所住的地方，三年前曾发生一宗灭绝人性的凶案，一青年阿明（黎耀祥饰）以铁锤将父母打死。CHRISTINA为了解开疑团，前往监狱探访阿明，细问之下，得知阿明自幼被父亲虐打，某日从工地中拾到一把铁锤，从此性情大变，在一次与父亲争执时，更不能自控地以铁锤杀死父母。CHRISTINA觉得一切异常都与那把铁锤有关，于是准备回家将铁锤毁去，不料……
