剧情梗概：假面骑士G是一部动作片，2009年，世界各地发生多起恐怖事件，日本政府因此设立了反恐组织“Shade”。该组织汇聚了各领域的精英，并取得了巨大成果。但该组织被发现在进行将人类洗脑，并改造成生物兵器的实验，所以最终被解散，其创始人德川清山也被逮捕。                                                                    　　在朝日电视台台庆50周年之际，Shade占领了电视台，并在直播节目中宣言要日本政府释放德川，否则会杀害电视台内的人质，参加该节目的日向惠理认出宣言者竟然是三年前失踪的调酒师恋人吾郎。在惠理的请求下，吾郎喝下了预先准备的红酒，且恢复了记忆，于是吾郎带着惠理逃离电视台。在逃走的时候，吾郎不敌Shade的改造怪人，从大楼上被扔下。落地后的吾郎不但丝毫无损，而且拿出一瓶红酒、亮出了腰带，利用两者变身为假面骑士G，与怪人们战斗。Kamen Rider G was a television special featured on Japanese boy band SMAP's television show SmaSTATION on January 31, 2009.
