剧情梗概：

In the nineteenth century, there existed a mysterious place where humans and ghosts coexisted in Romania - the ancient town of Transinia. There is an evil force in the town that rules the area after dark, and that is the demons and goblins under the leadership of the vampire Dracula (Richard Roxburgh). They came out to kill as soon as it was dark, and the methods were extremely cruel. What's even more frightening is that, as the team continues to grow, the blood-devouring Frankenstein has not gone far to seek refuge with Dracula. After many failed campaigns, the Romanian Catholic Church went to the United States to invite the vampire hunter Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman). On the way to Transinia with his assistant, Van Helsing accidentally rescued another vampire hunter—Anna (Kate Beckinsale Kate Beckinsale). Anna's family was ruined because of the curse of Dracula for generations, and she has practiced a set of ghost hunting skills since she was a child. Anna and Van Helsing hit it off and went together to deal with Dracula...
