剧情梗概：
本片可以称为《美女器官》的姐妹篇，是1986年小水一男自编自导、由日活公司发行的，被看作具有cult精神的另类桃色片。影片立足于性爱活动，同时也糅杂了惊悚、幻想、血腥暴力等B级片趣味。片名中的“处女器官”并非单指处女的性器官、处女膜，直译的话实际上是内脏器官的意思。本片海报采用了让人想起丸尾末广画风的、金井清显的官能插画，并由木筑纱绘子饰演俨然献给恶魔祭祀品的处女，不过，影片有别于小沼胜的虐恋桃色片，亦非田中登现实主义的暴力粉红片类型，作为恐怖片，《处女器官》接近好莱坞B级片刺激嫌恶感官的血腥、残酷虐杀趣味。只不过披着很厚的一层桃色外衣。在剧中，由摄影师、女模特组成的三男三女的摄影小组去野外拍照，因大雾耽搁，在森林中迷路，误闯一处无人的别墅，便留宿在这一荒置的住宅。无聊的夜晚，双方都有性爱的冲动，一番云雨后危险出现了，他们遭到一个类似原始人的“怪物”杀人魔的袭击，男人们一个个被杀害，写真女郎们则先被强奸后被杀死！


This film can be called the sister chapter of "Beauty's Organs". It was written and directed by Kazuo Xiaoshui in 1986 and released by Nikkatsu.
