电影《猛鬼食人胎》，这部电影在其他国家或地区也被叫做或翻译为《Maang gwai jeung yan toi / The Demon's Baby》。电影于1998正式上映。这部电影的导演是梁宏发，这也是他的代表作品，在接受采访时他说，为了拍摄这部纪录片，他筹备了很长时间。主演阵容也是非常的强大，演员吴辰君 ,  徐锦江 ,  黄秋生等都参与了演出，而且在剧中表现都非常可圈可点，这部影片制片和出品地区是香港地区。

剧情梗概：
故事发生在清末民初，徐大帅（徐锦江 饰）于古墓之中获得了五魔瓦盅，将其连同镇压它们的金佛一同收入囊中，起初，由于金佛的镇压，五魔不敢轻举妄动，然而，管家见金佛起了贪念，将它偷走，这下五魔终于重获自由，蠢蠢欲动准备兴风作浪。 徐大帅有四房太太，五魔附身在徐大帅体内，将它们的胎种种在了四位女子体内，府内的厨师初六（张锦程 饰）和其恋人小鱼（吴辰君 饰）亦不能幸免，之后，五魔残忍的将已经没有用处的徐大帅杀死。驱魔法师青海（黄秋生 饰）得知此事，联手初六发誓要将五魔降服，几场惊心动魄的大战之后，青海身负重伤性命不保。


The story took place at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. Xu Dashuai (played by Xu Jinjiang) obtained the five demon tile cups in the ancient tomb, and included it together with the golden Buddha that suppressed them. At first, due to the suppression of the golden Buddha, the five demons did not dare to act rashly. However, the housekeeper saw that the golden Buddha became greedy and stole it away. Now the five demons finally regained their freedom, ready to stir up trouble. Dashuai Xu has four wives. The five demons possessed Dashuai Xu and planted their embryos in the bodies of the four women. The chef Chu Liu (played by Zhang Jincheng) and his lover Xiaoyu (played by Wu Chenjun) in the house were not spared. The five demons brutally killed the useless Marshal Xu. the exorcist Qinghai (Huang Qiusheng) and the sixth day vowed to kill the five demons when he learned this, and after several thrilling battles, Qinghai was seriously injured and died.
