电影《大冒险家》，这部电影在其他国家或地区也被叫做或翻译为《挑战者 / Great Adventurers / The Adventurers》。电影于1995正式上映。这部电影的导演是林岭东，这也是他的代表作品，在接受采访时他说，为了拍摄这部纪录片，他筹备了很长时间。主演阵容也是非常的强大，演员刘德华 ,  关之琳 ,  吴倩莲 ,  姜大卫 ,  秦沛等都参与了演出，而且在剧中表现都非常可圈可点，这部影片制片和出品地区是香港地区。

剧情梗概：
立仁（刘德华 饰）自小便父母双亡，在泰国的孤儿院长大。长大后，立仁进入了泰国空军。此时，他仍耿耿于怀当年父母的死亡。原来，在立仁9岁的时候，他的父母带着他携带一批重要资料和物品来到泰国，岂料父亲的结拜兄弟见利忘义，将他的父母杀害了。一天，立仁糊里糊涂的和仇人的情妇Mona（关之琳 饰）发生了关系，由此受到了杀手的追杀。无奈之下立仁逃到了美国寻求CIA的帮助。在美国，立仁无意中又救了仇人的女儿Chrystal（吴倩莲 饰），两人堕入了爱河。爱情、亲仇交织在一起，立仁该何去何从？


Liren (played by Andy Lau) has both died of his parents since he was a child and grew up in an orphanage in Thailand. When he grew up, Liren entered the Thai Air Force. At this time, he was still brooding over the death of his parents back then. Unexpectedly, his father's sworn brother committed suicide and killed his parents.
