剧情梗概：
故事讲述了核武专家斯蒂尔决定向世人公布埋藏在他内心已久的秘密时，却突然被劫持谋杀，随身携带的装有绝密资料的手提箱随之丢失，举世为之震惊。 不久，在中国领海外，出现了一艘神秘舰船，一群不明身份的外籍人士，准备打捞冷战时期某大国遗留在深海海底的核弹并实施恐怖袭击。恐怖分子的目标并非某个大都市，而是意欲在活跃的环太平洋地震带引爆核弹，引起超级地震及巨大海啸，沿海数十个国家将遭遇灭顶之灾。千钧一发之际，在中国国家反恐中心和军方全力配合下，一对欢喜冤家携手，成功挫败恐怖分子阴谋，挽救了上千万人的生命，夫妻情感也得以升华……
