剧情梗概：
不法商人黄德（黄锦燊 饰）在纽约从事印制伪钞的勾当，其旗下集团为CIA一举捣毁。身为主犯的黄德逃回香港，设立印刷集团，表面行出版之事，暗地里继续不法行径。CIA方面派出女干探辛蒂（Cynthia Rothrock 辛西娅•罗斯洛克 饰）飞抵香港，势要捉拿黄德归案。辛蒂伪装成应聘记者，混入黄德的集团，然中途身份败露，被迫逃出。辛蒂投靠其在香港的好友茱迪（李美凤 饰），继而得知茱迪的父亲余检控官（乔宏 饰）也在侦查黄德的犯罪证据。可惜开庭之前余检控官被黄德绑架，强迫注射令人心智失常的药物，随后茱迪更被虏去。为救出好友，辛蒂和同事共入匪穴，与之展开正邪的较量……


Unscrupulous businessman Huang De (played by Huang Jinshen) is engaged in the printing of counterfeit banknotes in New York, and his group is destroyed by the CIA in one fell swoop. As the principal culprit, Huang De fled back to Hong Kong and set up a printing group to do publishing on the surface, but continued to do illegal things secretly. The CIA sent female detective Cindy (Cynthia Rothrock Cynthia Rothrock) to Hong Kong to arrest Huang De and bring him to justice. Cindy pretends to be a reporter and joins Huang De's group, but her identity is exposed halfway and she is forced to escape. Cindy turned to her friend Judy (played by Li Meifeng) in Hong Kong, and then learned that Judy's father, Prosecutor Yu (played by Qiao Hong), was also investigating Huang De's criminal evidence. It's a pity that prosecutor Yu was kidnapped by Huang De before the trial, and he was forced to inject mentally disturbing drugs, and then Judy was taken captive. In order to save her friend, Cindy and her colleagues went into the bandit's den together, and started a contest between good and evil...
