A Nightmare on Elm Street 3 is a thriller and horror film in which Freddy, who killed children in their dreams, is back. Kristen, a girl, has recently been caught in a constant nightmare, almost killing Freddy at the hands of Freddy in her own house of dreams, although Kristen seems more like a sleepwalking or suicide to outsiders. So Kristen was sent to the hospital for treatment, where there were many teenagers who were troubled by nightmares like her. Nancy (Heather Langenkamp), who once escaped from Freddy, is now a doctor. She came to the hospital to help Christine and the teenagers, and found that the latter had the ability to bring others into the hospital. With the help of Dr. Coleman, Nancy and others entered Christine's dream. The children discovered that they could have unusual abilities in their dreams. Nancy was then ready to lead them to fight with Fry. Dee fights in the dream, clinking, the staid hospital authorities still think the children are just sleepwalking and plagued by imagination...
