剧情梗概：龙的心是一部喜剧,动作,犯罪片，阿泰（成龙 饰）自小就志愿当一名无拘无束的海员，可惜哥哥嘟嘟（洪金宝 饰）天生智力障碍，自幼就和嘟嘟相依为命的阿泰为了照顾哥哥，一直没有实现心中梦想，当上了一名普通的警察。可是阿泰在警局过得并不快乐，天性无拘无束的他极不受上司欢迎。终于在一次和上司顶撞后，阿泰愤然辞职，决定去当海员。                                                                    　　看到阿泰辞职，嘟嘟以为弟弟准备抛弃他了，开始自己试着去自力更生。一天，他和邻家小孩玩游戏时，意外捡到了劫匪留下的珠宝。邻家小孩的哥哥贪财，将嘟嘟推下了山边，抢走了珠宝，岂料此时劫匪返回，将他杀了。这时，阿泰闻讯赶来，一番打斗后将劫匪杀了，在山边救回了嘟嘟。阿泰亦因杀了人免不了牢狱之灾……Story of a cop who forsakes his dreams of sailing around the world so that he can care for his mentally disabled brother. Heart of the Dragon is a comedy, action, and crime film. Atai (played by Jackie Chan) has volunteered to be an unrestrained sailor since he was a child. Unfortunately, his brother Dudu (played by Sammo Hung) was born with intellectual disability, and he and Dudu have been dependent on each other since childhood. In order to take care of his brother, Atai never realized his dream and became an ordinary policeman. However, Artest did not live happily in the police station.
