"Female Flower" is a drama and romance film. The story takes place in the early years of the Republic of China. Wang Ziqian (played by Qin Hailu), Wang Ziyin (played by Liu Tao) and Wang Ziying (played by Tu Liman) are the three daughters of university scholar Wang Wenqian. When the Wang family was in trouble, Wang Wenqian entrusted the three girls to the housekeeper and placed a part of a jade pendant on each of the three girls as a token of recognition.
