It aims to address the issues facing teens today - speaking their language and breaking through with a story that actually means something.

This Is is a comedy. Actor David Henry ("Wizards," "How I Met Your Mother") will make his directorial debut, directing a coming-of-age story called "This Is." the Year), AMBI Group invested and produced, and filming started in Alabama in September. It follows an underappreciated high school student and his friends who embark on a road trip to attend the biggest music festival of the year in a last-ditch effort to win the girl of their dreams. The script was co-written by Henry and Bug Hall ("Harley and Davidson"), Pepe Portillo ("Little Boy"), and Sienna Aqualini. In a last ditch effort to win over the girl of his dreams, a nerdy high school senior (Lorenzo Henrie) and his best friends embark on a road trip to see their favorite band at the biggest music festival of the year, only to discover true love in the most unexpected place.
