4.6 Billion Years of Love is a drama, gay, and fantasy film. In a prison, the tough and aggressive Kogetsu Shiro (played by Masanobu Ando) was strangled to death by a rope. Yuyoshi Jun, who had ambiguous rumors with him, kept thinking about him. It was him who killed him. The police began to investigate this strange murder. Ariyoshi Jun (played by Ryuhei Matsuda) was originally a male prostitute working in a gay bar. After being abused by a customer, he killed the customer and was thrown into a prison cell.
