The Drummer Girl is a drama and thriller based on the best-selling novel of the same name written by the famous British spy novelist John le Carré ("The Night Manager", "Berlin", "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy"). Set against the backdrop of growing tensions in the Middle East in the late 1970s, young actress Charlie meets a charming and interesting stranger, Becker, an Israeli intelligence officer, while on vacation in Greece, who brings her into a complex, High-stakes plot. A bomb explodes in the house of an Israeli attaché in West Germany. A team of Israelis wants to stop such frequent bombings, all brilliantly planned by an elusive Palestinian. The Israelis identify an eccentric actor of English origin and convert her into an Israeli agent. She and her case officers brilliantly win the confidence of the Palestinian network and she is accepted as their own. One sentence comment: Regarding the flattening of Gadi’s image. "Female Drummer": Born for you, died for you. "The Drummer" is more than just lust and the British version of "Lust, Caution". British version of Lust, Caution? Do you agents all like to use honey traps? . It's all the trouble caused by the long-legged handsome guy's seduction. A high-scoring British drama that is incomprehensible to all barrages. Mossad is more like a terrorist than a terrorist, and a terrorist is more humane than a Mossad. I like it (purely because I can’t write a short review). Spies themselves are anti-human. Without love, we lose the feeling of being alive.
