剧情梗概：
一九五零年，抗美援朝时期，国民党反动派制定了破坏我铁路运输及军用物资的春雷计划行动。为粉碎敌特阴谋，以韩立冬和刘玉娥为代表的安东铁路公安人员在我党领导下密切合作，慢慢接近特务组织。特务头目周春山频频用计，韩立冬见招拆招，终将特务组织一个个连根拔起，却招致周春山的暗中追杀。在公安处长郑新民的精心策划下，韩立冬成功打入敌特内部，凭借过人的侦查手段，找到日本关东军当年藏在安东的秘密军火库地图和一份极其重要的潜伏特务名单，及时铲除一直深潜在公安内部的特务老刘。经过一系列紧张而激烈的战斗，周春山及其特务组织最终被一网打尽，而被美军炸毁的鸭绿江大桥也在群众帮助下及时抢修完毕，从而保证前线物资供应。
