剧情梗概：
时装中篇剧《还我本色》，描述人在黑社会打滚，原因各异，际遇各有不同，一旦踏足，却不能自拔，最终是潦倒一生，难道真的「人在江湖、身不由己」？黑道小卒高家宝重义气，替李坤顶罪入狱。出狱后得知女友王佩佩已为坤妻。宝无奈之余，得兄长高家杰支持，经营唱片生意，却遭大嫂方绮媚白眼。黑帮兄弟王世亮被贵利王陷害，宝毅然相助，从此再卷入黑社会仇杀中。宝不时与黑帮对头抗衡，因而认识大学生姚淑贞，两人多次出生入死，感情渐生，而结为夫妇。宝之患难兄弟江明实为卧底，一方面替警方通风报信，一方面心中暗恋着贞。婚后，贞多次劝宝收山，但未被接纳，因而黯然离去。时宝势力渐大，引致坤嫉妒，设计陷害宝和明，宝再度入狱。宝出狱后重遇贞，为将功赎罪，他提供一切数据，将坤绳之于法。宝最后能否洗心革面，重新做人？贞与他会否破镜重圆呢？
