剧情梗概：
陈平（陈虎饰）是在边陲小镇打工的普通青年，他身怀高超的中国功夫，但是与生俱来的恐高症让他对自己失去了信心。一次偶然的机会陈平发现老板运货箱中藏着一个被绑架的七岁外国男孩儿（阿曼饰）。为了弄清楚男孩的来历并寻找他的父母，陈平忍辱负重，在支边女英语教师刘婕（蒋梦婕饰）的勇敢协助下，展开艰难的营救工作，不但克服了恐惧症，而且一次又一次击败外国绑匪的阴谋陷害和袭击，让崇尚“超人文化”的美国富豪之子对中国功夫感到惊叹和痴迷。在公安部门的帮助下，陈平最终完成了正义的使命，将孩子送到他父母身边。影片评价《功夫侠》同样也是由基努里维斯担纲监制，虽然《功夫侠》有别于《太极侠》的正邪互斗比武，但是从外国小孩视角看中国“功夫超人”的冒险故事。陈虎主演的功夫侠虽然没有西方超人的特异功能，但硬碰硬的真功夫均属拳拳到肉、一气呵成，给观众过瘾的视觉享受。在打戏之外，陈虎的演技比较稚嫩，还好给予他文戏场次并不多，因此露怯的机会并不多。为了弄清楚男孩的来历并寻找他的父母，陈平忍辱负重，在支边女英语教师刘婕的勇敢协助下，展开艰难的营救工作，不但克服了恐惧症，而且一次又一次击败外国绑匪的阴谋陷害和袭击，让崇尚“超人文化”的美国富豪之子对中国功夫感到惊叹和痴迷。在公安部门的帮助下，陈平最终完成了正义的使命，将孩子送到他父母身边。挺有意思的，小演员长得很漂亮，演得很精彩，功夫很炫，小孩有个超人梦，看见飞的功夫侠误认为超人，中外合拍的挺有意思的。
