剧情梗概：
故事发生在风景如画的贝浪湾，莎伦（周秀娜饰）和瑞秋（傅颖饰）生于此长于此，在阳光和沙滩的馈赠之下，沙滩排球成为了她们最大的爱好。一次偶然中，莎伦结识了名为蒂姆（罗仲谦饰）的男子，蒂姆是当地一位富翁的儿子，这位富翁打算收购贝浪湾，将其发展成为旅游度假圣地，因此引起了村民们的不满。最终，双方决定，用沙滩排球来一决胜负。就这样，莎伦和瑞秋开始了严格的训练，而富翁则派出了娜塔莉和娜塔莎，两队实力不相上下。让莎伦没有想到的是，决赛在即，她竟然弄伤了后辈，不仅如此，旧疾的复发更令局面雪上加霜。莎伦最终能够获得胜利拯救贝浪湾吗？剧情版本二：海天一色的贝浪湾，热浪球爱战聚集了不同的人；Sharon(周秀娜)和Rachel(傅颖)从小就在这里成长，闲时跟舅父学中国功夫，可是她们却较热衷沙滩排球。另一处是布家大宅，住了布太及她子女Natalie(JessicaC)、Natasha和Tim(罗仲谦)。一场小风波令布家和一班村民起了冲突，同时亦令Tim及Sharon初次邂逅。布家准备收购贝浪湾，并发展成渡假村，但此举换来村民激烈反抗，Tim亦因此与家人反目。经谈判过后，彼此同意以参加沙滩排球公开赛决定一切，如Sharon一边胜出，布家就不能收回沙滩作发展。幕后花絮排球训练为使演员在戏中有超乎想像的沙滩排球球技，监制及导演在开拍前，请来香港青年排球队教练林镇国先生，亲自教授球技及训练演员们的体能，足足训练了三个月。面对地狱式训练，每位演员都全心全意练习，却也换来一身瘀痕，周秀娜爆料说：在拍摄最后一场决赛戏份，每位演员都要拍一个被球砸脸的镜头。为配合特技效果，所有排球要从正面撞落我们脸上。导演最初跟我说不会太大力，但却找来专业排球教练发球，那一下的冲击力非常的大。虽然导演没有亲身试过，不知道被排球打到有多痛，但我的脸就变得好像关公一般红红的，不过当我看到出来的画面十分震撼，所以脸肿都是值得的。傅颖也说：看到自己的手爆晒出微细血管，又有瘀痕，反而觉得很实在，其实多打几次就没有感觉，我们一群女孩子都觉得自己很有天份。哈哈！而林教练也觉得所有演员的努力是没有白费，有超水准表现。
