剧情梗概：
国际刑警龙志强（洪金宝饰）因侦破一宗逾亿元的犯罪交易，而被以玫瑰夫人为首的犯罪集团报复灭门，并截去其女小凤。龙志强幸逃过大难，他深信女儿仍在生。小凤（谢婷婷饰）被玫瑰夫人洗脑后训练成一代超级杀手。十五年后，小凤出道与其他同门在黑道大开杀戒。由于小凤武艺高强，每次均能完成任务，玫瑰夫人更因此将犯罪集团扩大，任务遍及世界各地。在一次执行任务时，小凤因放人一条生路，反而受伤流血。经基因测试，警方发现小凤的基因与龙志强当年失踪的女儿完全一样。龙志强决心重新调查，对玫瑰夫人集团对决，然而龙志强却没有意料到自己已成为亲生女儿追杀的目标剧情版本二：国际刑警龙志强被以玫瑰夫人为首的犯罪集团报复灭门，并截去其儿向乾勇。向乾勇被玫瑰夫人洗脑后训练成一代超级杀手。十五年后，向乾勇出道与其他同门在黑道大开杀戒，但向乾勇为人善良，在一次执行任务时，因放人一条生路，反而受伤流血。经基因测试，警方发现向乾勇的基因与龙当年失踪的儿一样。龙乃重新调查，对玫瑰夫人集团对决，并与向乾勇联手打破犯罪团伙。向乾勇自首轻判，终可与父亲重叙天伦。
