剧情梗概：
表面上，玛丽莎柯兹威尔逊（杰西卡阿尔芭饰）有着叫人艳羡的生活…嫁给了著名的特务追踪电视新闻记者，刚生下了一个可爱的小宝宝，还有一对聪明伶俐的继子继女，但其实玛丽莎是个退休的特务。当疯狂的时间控制者（杰里米皮文饰）发出警告说要偷走时间并征服全世界的时候，玛丽莎的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。继女瑞贝卡和继子塞西也被卷入了战争，而他们发现自己无聊透顶的继母居然是曾经最棒的特务。带着令人眼界大开的新奇装备，非常小特务们非常有可能依靠智慧再一次拯救世界，并且让全家人团聚。幕后花絮：《非常小特务4》投资4000万，为四部里投资最高的一作。2001年到2003年，《非常小特务》连续三年拍摄三部，而第四部却相隔前作八年。《非常小特务4》是系列首度3D化。《非常小特务4》原名《SpyKids4:Armageddon》，后来导演罗伯特罗德里格兹觉得副标题与迈克尔贝1998年的电影《绝世天劫》同名，而更名为现在的《SpyKids4:AlltheTimeintheWorld》。《非常小特务4》是系列第三部在暑期档公映的电影。并且在分级上和前三集保持一致，均为PG级别。杰西卡阿尔巴，罗德里格兹御用配角丹尼特乔和老戏骨安东尼奥班德拉斯，使影片更受期待一转眼，距离《非常小特务3》已经过去了7年的时间，《非常小特工之时间大盗》是对旧系列的重新诠释，阿尔芭饰演一个被重新起用的退休间谍，有一个小宝宝，还带着两个十来岁的继子女一起生活，这两个大孩子就是新的“小特务”。目前几个主演的人选还在寻找当中，包括阿尔芭丈夫的角色人选，一个略讨厌的记者，还有一个号称时间守护者的恶棍，他的目标是停止时间。原班人马班德拉斯、沙巴拉、维加有望回归，《非常小特工之时间大盗》预计以3D和4D（北美50家4D影院）的形式上映。2003年的《非常小特务3》就是以3D版问世的，导演用3D技术让这部儿童电影有了惊为天人的逼真效果，从而迅速在北美市场上抢到1.11亿美元的票房。电影评价：巨大的时间机器，超前的时空理念，以及种层出不穷的科学技术不断冲击着观众的想象力，这是真正的科幻，或者说成人的童话。但它又与儿童的世界结合在一起，于是科技被还愿为童心，整个剧作转而成为一出儿童成长的快乐游戏，种种搞怪的行为与夸张的造型从儿童的视角来看就变得可以理解。特殊的家庭环境给了卡门和朱尼特定的机遇，让他们有了拯救地球的机会。而最后的反面大BOSSDanger却又展示自己无意改变世界只想回到过去，于是英雄又成为欢乐世界中的游戏英雄。这或许就是《非常小特务4》的真正魅力所在，它把成人的英雄童话与儿童的英雄梦想融合为一个完整的美国娱乐故事。虽然是在PC上观看的，但也不难看出，这是部完全照顾4D效果制作的影片，几乎全篇90%都是特效画面，交待剧情的内容很少，虽然只是在PC上看，但是也可以想象到如果在4D影厅里观看一定很爽。虽然《非常小特务》一直都很赶技术前段，但貌似这几部都很不卖座，在两千年初第一部便3D面世，但是真正的3D直到10年后的《阿凡达》才被观众所真正接收，而这第四部直接跨步到4D形式，想必现下观众的口味仍在3D中意犹未尽，想要真正接受4D看来依旧需要时间啊。
