剧情梗概：
哈罗德李（约翰赵JohnCho饰）喜欢的女孩玛丽娅去了阿姆斯特丹，他决定追随而至，想尽一切办法赢得她的欢心。在机场，卡玛派特（卡尔潘KalPenn饰）偶然遇到了他的前女友温妮莎，却惊讶地发现她就要结婚了。卡玛还没上飞机呢，他就和机场的警卫发生了激烈的争吵，差一点误了事，不过两人最终成功地登上了飞机。由于等不及在飞机上那漫长的6个小时，卡玛跑到厕所里自制了一个无烟器--骚乱由此引发，无烟器被误认成炸弹，而哈罗德和卡玛则不幸地被当成恐怖分子。这场突发事件致使飞机改变了航向，把他们送到了关塔那摩湾的监狱中关了起来。不甘心的两人成功越狱，从关塔那摩湾跑出来之后，哈罗德和卡玛途经迈阿密抵达德州--温妮莎婚礼的举办地，决定破坏婚礼。但不知道紧随在他们身后的是国家安全局的长官罗恩福克斯，他要重新抓回这两个高度危险的恐怖分子......剧情版本二：那对在美国备受喜爱的好友搭伴又回来了，我们将会在上一集结束的地方再次找到哈罗德李和卡玛派特，当他们成功地完成了对白色城堡的寻找之后，就返回到自己的公寓中可是差不多才过了一个小时，哈罗德和卡玛却已经开始为下一次布满历险的旅行收拾行李做预备了，原来哈罗德喜欢的女孩玛丽娅去了阿姆斯特丹，他决定追随而至，想尽一切办法赢得她的欢心。在机场，卡玛偶然碰到了他的前女友温妮莎，却惊异地发现她就要结婚了卡玛不愧为麻烦之源，这还没上飞机呢，他就和机场的警卫发生了激烈的争吵，差一点误了事。可是即使两人最终成功地登上了开往阿姆斯特丹的飞机，卡玛仍然有办法制造比自己期待中还多的麻烦。由于等不及在飞机上那漫长的6个小时，卡玛跑到厕所里自制了一个无烟器--骚乱由此引发，无烟器被误认成炸弹，而哈罗德和卡玛则不幸地被当成恐怖分子。这场突发事件致使飞机改变了航向，把他们送到了关塔那摩湾的监狱中关了起来这两个倒霉小子却又总能交上狗屎运，他们来了一场胜利大逃亡，成功越狱。从关塔那摩湾跑出来之后，哈罗德和卡玛途经迈阿密抵达德州--温妮莎婚礼的举办地，两人自然还没有好心到专程送来祝福，他们的目的是破坏婚礼。紧随在他们身后的是国家安全局的长官罗恩福克斯，他要重新抓回这两个高度危险的恐怖分子。虽然经历了重重障碍，卡玛却是一如既往地乐在其中，他将再一次挑战哈罗德的友情、忍耐和心智的极限不过不用担心，不管发生什么事，都不会抹杀他们之间的友情，只会让两个人的关系变得更加紧密。
