剧情梗概：
龙老四（曾志伟饰）是黑道大哥，秘密鲸吞了一亿二千万的公款，准备和情投意合的小三阿姗私奔到国外。此事，引起了帮派四大天王的内斗，并引发血案。米探长（林雪饰）奉命调查，但这人生性胆小，敷衍了事。帮派元老柴叔和小字辈发仔（余文乐饰）目睹了这一切，觉得蹊跷，怀疑事出有因。发仔的恋人小玲（黄伊汶饰）总是提心吊胆，生怕他出事，劝他不要介入。仅剩的天王（张耀扬饰）怀疑龙老四才是幕后主使人，因此派手下前去调查，杀害了发仔的朋友。其弟跑来劝发仔躲避，不幸丧命，小玲也被误杀。发仔愤怒之极，此时抚养柴叔也卷入此案，发仔奋力营救，两人才逃出魔爪。龙老四私奔未成，遭到老婆与养子Peter仔暗算。危急时刻，柴叔与发仔正好杀到，由此引出一段鲜为人知的江湖隐情幕后花絮：《黑白战场》最大的闪光点就是促成了余文乐和黄伊汶这对绯闻男女戏中相爱。此外整套戏的班底也延续了部分《无间道》人物和当红新人，由曾志伟、余文乐、廖启智、关秀媚、黄伊汶联袂主演。戏中余文乐饰演被帮会大佬暗中栽培的杀手，他头脑精明，有勇有谋，更有多场打斗场面，十分激烈精彩。王晶美女赠志伟前天晚上，王晶偕同曾志伟、黄伊汶和陈键锋等演员出席了《黑白战场》的记者招待会。王晶爱美女是路人皆知的事情，被他捧红的美女也数不胜数。《瘦身》及时吸纳人气正旺的如妃邓萃雯当女主角，《黑白战场》则起用了乐坛新人黄伊汶。王晶一出场，在场的记者马上议论道：不知道呆会能不能拍几张晶哥左拥右抱美女的照片！但当晚王晶却非常低调，反而把左拥右抱美女这个光荣的使命赠给了曾志伟。在拍摄大合照的时候，曾志伟右手拥着在片中扮演他小老婆的关秀媚，左手拥着余文乐的绯闻女友黄伊汶，一脸风光。虽然曾志伟在接受采访时称，拍《黑白战场》最开心的是可以与老戏骨廖启智有多场精彩的对手戏，但相信有关秀媚和黄伊汶相伴左右，也是不错的收获。曾志伟邀请内地导演开戏在《黑白战场》里，曾志伟的粗眉新形象非常出位，他解释说是希望可以带给大家新的感觉。与以往他所扮演的黑帮老大最不同的地方是，曾志伟表示，这次我是真正的大哥大，完全只手遮天。刘嘉玲曾在《无间道2》里扮演曾志伟的女人，这次换成关秀媚有什么不同？关秀媚扮演的是千依百顺的女人，而刘嘉玲的角色非常硬朗，很有支配欲。(现实中你会选择哪一种女人？)这很难说，人有时候很矛盾的。在工作的时候，你会希望有一个和你并肩作战的女人；也许晚上回家的时候，就会希望对方能够温柔体贴。一口气看完了《黑白战场》，总体来说非常的棒，没有落入一般香港警匪片的俗套，着实让人惊心动魄了一把，并在最后随着剧情为之惋惜。电影一开始差点上了导演的当，在耀扬那邪恶的眼神衬托下，真的是有点同情曾志伟这个老大，心想，这又是一个重义气的老大跟邪恶手下的一场较量，但接下里我提醒了自己，香港黑帮电影的老大，从来是不能小看的，因为老大永远是老大。
