剧情梗概：
美丽的女子苏芮缇被鬼魂困在家中不得自由，她深深思念真心所爱的天才诗人杰德夫沃玛（AftabShivdasani饰）。此前他们凭借书信交流，虽未谋面但互属忠意。无奈相爱之人不相见，杰德夫以为苏芮缇早已死去，沉浸在无尽的痛苦中不能自拔。在忠诚的仆人布拿的帮助下，苏芮缇持着圣物趁夜逃遁，却经历了最为恐怖的夜晚。另一方面，在一片豪华庄园内，杰德夫思念爱人，愁眉不展，任凭妹妹卡伦娜如何规劝。某天，他独自骑马去郊外排遣心中郁结，却在河边发现一名昏迷的女子。他将女子带回家，似曾相识的感觉让他心中若有所动，而接下来的故事朝着不可预测的方向发展剧情版本二：《1920：邪灵重现》是一部超自然惊悚片。这部电影的猪脚是JaidevVerma(AftabShivdasani饰演)，他是一位没有遇见命中另一半的孤独诗人。他一直和妹妹（或姐姐）Karuna(VidyaMalvade饰演)待在一起，妹妹是他的精神支柱。直到他将Smruti(TiaBajpai饰演)在湖边发生的神秘事件中带回家，一切发生了改变。他不顾妹妹的反对，坚持照顾这位陌生女人Smruti。妹妹的强烈反对是因为她意识到这个陌生的女人身上有问题。在照顾Smruti的过程中，Jaidev发现Smruti失忆了，她对于自己过去的生活毫无记忆，唯独记得他的诗集。Jaidev决定带着Smruti去西姆拉（地名）找一家大医院接受治疗。在他们的路上，在一家酒店休息，奇怪的声音在脑海中响起。Smruti被鬼魂（SagarSaikia饰演）弄的疯疯癫癫，最后失去控制。这部电影是2008年的鬼片《1920》的续集。
