剧情梗概：
《玲珑井》讲述了方若萱幼年时在家里的古宅遭遇了一场事故，导致她丧失了童年记忆，多年后这座老宅子被改成了一所医学院，每当方若萱走到遗留的玲珑井前，脑海中就会闪过一些模糊记忆碎片，她意识到这口井和失去的记忆存在某种联系，就在她想要继续了解的时候，一系列诡异的事情接连发生，男友陈博飞也离奇失踪，于是方若瑄决定亲自到玲珑井下一探究竟……女主人公方若瑄（宋睿饰）幼年时在家里的老宅子遇到了一场事故，导致她失去了童年的记忆，之后被家人接到国外生活。方若瑄成年之后，父亲去世。她为了完成父亲遗愿，带着父亲的骨灰回到祖国。回国后的方若瑄再次回到了曾经家里的老宅子，此时的老宅子已经被建成了一所医学院。方若瑄来到学校之后发现，只有一口枯竭的玲珑井还保留着老宅子的影子。而且，每当她走到玲珑井前，脑海中就会闪过一些模糊记忆碎片。她隐约意识到这口井和自己失去的记忆存在某种联系，于是她申请了在医学院借读，以便更好的了解玲珑井。同时，她也认识了学生陈博飞（王良饰），两人很快发生了恋情。方若瑄搬进了学校之后不久，却遇到了一系列诡异的事情，并得知曾经有一名女学生在此跳井自杀。她怀疑这一切就是这名跳井自杀女学生在作怪，而正在这时方若瑄的男友陈博飞也突然失踪。方若瑄没有找到陈博飞，但是在他的家里却发现了一本日记。日记内容再次刺激到她失去的记忆，她的记忆也在此时慢慢恢复。自己消失的记忆、陈博飞的失踪以及跳井的女学生之间有什么联系，所有的线索都指向了老宅子遗留的玲珑井。方若瑄决定亲自到玲珑井下，一探究竟。
