The story takes place in Chicago with a high crime rate. For 170 years, it has been called \"criminal capital\" by Americans. Many people (including Jarek and Teresa) suspect that he manipulates Chicago's underworld and has serious corruption, but they have not had solid evidence.In the first episode, a murder involved the business empire of Gibbons, Jarek and Teresa decided to seize the opportunity and overthrow this kind of good gangsters -if they would not die first.
