剧情梗概：
罗宾和威尔陪伴生命垂危的理查国王回到祖国英格兰后，却发现必须面对再一次的危机，一心想当上英国国王的约翰王子决心不择手段除掉第一王位继续人菲力普王子，罗宾和威尔遂决定保护菲力普的安全，但两人却不幸落入宿敌诺丁罕郡长之手，致使英国王室危在旦夕。此时，善骑射、颇有乃父之风的罗宾汉之女葛雯不顾父亲的反对，与菲力普王子联手设法解救罗宾和威尔，粉碎约翰王子和诺丁罕郡长篡位的阴谋。故事叙述侠盗Robin和Marian生下一名女儿Gwyn，Gwyn遗传了父亲活泼好动的个性，从小便希望和爸爸Robin一起出外打仗，但是Robin为了女儿的安全，一直要求女儿留在家中。这年英国的国王Richard将要病逝，国王希望Robin能保护远在法国的王子Philip顺利回到英国继续王位，避免国王弟弟John王子再度图谋不轨。这回Gwyn不顾爸爸的命令，偷偷地剪发、扮男装，尾随爸爸出门，却意外使得Robin被John王子手下Nottingham的警长捉住。另一方面，Philip王子已回到英国，但是John和警长到处缉拿他，为了活命，Philip装成自己的侍从，并巧遇Gwyn。在Gwyn不知道他是王子的情况下，两人一起往伦敦出发，一路上危险重重，两人在Robin其它的追随者的帮助下，并肩与John的手下作战。相处过程中，Gwyn发现自己爱上了具有领导能力的Philip，而Philip也爱上的聪明伶俐的Gwyn。两人在互相帮忙之下，救出的困于牢中的Robin，也成功的阻止了John王子的阴谋，使得英国免于一场灾难。在Gwyn救出Robin之后，Robin体会到了亲情的重要性，而答应女儿成为自己淘宝冒险旅途的伙伴。另一方面，Philip也顺利登基为王，展开英国历史的新页。本片是由PeterHewitt执导，他还曾经执导过迪士尼的电影【新汤姆历险记】。饰演女主角Gwyn的是KeiraKnightley，她曾扮演过较知名的角色，是【星际大战首部曲】中的女王替身，乍看之下的确和NataliePortman有些神似。饰演Philip王子的是StephenMoyer，饰演Robin的则是StuartWilson。而饰演警长的是MalcolmMcDowell，John王子则是由JonathanHyde饰演。
