剧情梗概：
2003年3月，出租车上，司机说的冷笑话，令拼车的男女非常不爽。女人崔恩模（徐雨饰）刚结束印度之行，回到故乡坡州，感觉麻木而凄凉。她了解到姐姐恩秀事故的内情：姐夫金钟直（李善均饰）把一笔不菲的保险金留给了他。1996年春，金钟直在一家教会学校授课，他的学生清一色都是女孩子。他给她们讲起了自己跟学姐的初恋。姐弟恋的故事感动了女孩子们，她们都对他心生怜惜，并给他过了一个特别的生日，这令他措手不及。其中，有对姐妹一起同住，面对即将拆迁的房屋，她们在彼此支撑。不过，令恩模惊诧的是，姐姐恩秀竟然爱上了老师。他们结婚了，期间恩模出去赚钱，回家后发现姐姐意外去世，只得与姐夫相依为命。期间，两人暗生情愫。为了不逾越道德的边境，告慰姐姐在天之灵，恩模再度离开了坡州剧情版本二：在压抑与猜疑的心中纠葛，两个男女陷入了波折重重的危险爱情。2003年3月，结束数年印度旅行回到故乡坡州的崔恩模（徐雨饰），知道了姐姐的死隐藏着新的内情：姐夫金仲植（李善均饰）在妻子去世后得到了一笔不菲的保险金。时光倒回1996年春，姐姐喜欢上了来自首尔的大学生金仲植，其实恩模也对他心有独钟，不过为了姐姐，她隐瞒了自己的真心，最终姐姐和金仲植顺利结婚。为了赚钱过新的人生，恩模离开了坡州，但由于姐姐的去世，她回到了家乡与仲植在同一屋檐下生活，作为彼此唯一的家人相依为命。日子一天天过去，2000年冬天，恩模发觉自己对仲植的爱越来越来，为了抑制心中非分的爱情，她二度离开了坡州。2003年春天，在时隔三年后，恩模和仲植再次见面，后者看起来和以前没有任何的变化，依然安静地在餐桌前等待着恩模。但此时的恩植很想冲口问姐姐的死是否与他有关，她计划把真相查个水落石出。只是，事实是否就是恩模心中所想的那个真相，她是真的想知道真相，还是想清楚仲植的真心？
