剧情梗概：
故事发生在抗日战争时期。某市接连发生割喉凶杀案，每次都会留下一张梅花Q的扑克牌,神探孙少武（陈继铭饰）介入侦破。他发现铁燕子（马捷饰）和香雪俱乐部老板香雪（石兰饰）都想获得死者遗失的翡翠，原来翡翠上竟刻有汪日会谈的机密。开古玩店的日特山本（张中熙饰）支使铁燕子骗孙少武与香雪到郊外，他亲自去警局窃翡翠，不料中计险些丧命。孙少武潜入铁燕子住处，打斗中铁燕子被人割喉谋杀。与此同时，香雪盗窃翡翠未果，悻悻离开警局。最后孙少武知悉，俱乐部的柳小琼（朱娜饰）正是杀手梅花Q，她的真名叫缨子，是个日本人。她为受汪日密谈受牵连而自杀的父亲报仇，杀死了很多无辜......
