剧情梗概：
朱禧（王晶饰）是一名大厦保安，在舅舅范景周（冯淬帆饰）手下干活。某日，他意外的目睹了秘书裘蒂（徐淑媛饰）被鬼上身色诱老板的场景。又惊又怕的朱禧将这一切告诉了女友（王祖贤饰），两人伙同范景周找到了法力高强的女法师（高丽虹饰），希望她能够降妖除魔。围绕着大厦的周边和历史，三人展开了缜密的调查，原来，大厦的旧址是日本军营，曾经的日军队长化身为如今的鬼王，想要借大开杀戒来雪战败之耻。朱禧的女友的哥哥（陈惠敏饰）被鬼王捉入了阴间，之后，他托梦给妹妹，让她千万要小心。有了这条线索，女法师想出了一个计谋，能够将鬼王一举消灭。新建大厦酒会中，女秘书裘蒂风情万千被鬼王选中，作为鬼伥，以美色诱惑人，然后置之死地。青年朱禧加入其舅大厦护卫员范景周护卫队，目睹裘蒂色诱公司老板，另有一批恶鬼作弄他。朱告知女友，她主张找女法师，于是带两人去展开侦查。原来大厦的原址，战时是日本军营，鬼王是队长，他念念不忘战败之辱，以害人泄忿，他属性八字阴性的人，正巧朱，范和女友都属阴性。女友的兄长被鬼捉入阴间，托梦说七月十四日，当心被鬼捉去，女法师于是设下妙计，直闯鬼门关，把鬼王遗体消毁，以拯救生灵。

Zhu Xi (Wang Jing) is a building security guard who work under his hands in Fan Jingzhou (Feng Quefan). One day, he unexpectedly witnessed the scene where the secretary Ji Ti (Xu Shuyuan) was seduced by the boss by the ghost.
