剧情梗概：
「九阴聚财穴」是一种太阴太邪的邪咒，天师向死去之先人祖坟施法后，可以吸尽方圆五公裡运气，让家族富四代，造成「一家富贵，千家乞食」。由于运气有吸尽之日，其祖坟必须每三十年搬棺一次。　　古惑仔乌蝇(郑中基饰)与好友奶油猪(伍允龙饰)受AKTV老板周阿强(关楚耀饰)之命，恐吓一代玄学大师蒋天机(元彪饰)为周太公搬棺。乌蝇一直认为鬼魂或殭尸只会在故事书或电影中出现，可是直至遇上美艳女鬼明天(胡然饰)，他才相信灵异世界确实存在。而奶油猪的心仪女星Balla(罗子乔饰)亦被殭尸所咬。乌蝇及奶油猪求助天机，四人组成灭尸敢死队杀入电视台，便被一众「丧尸兵团」包围了！原来周家太公已变成殭尸王跳出棺木，并且藏身在AKTV电视台内，并将所有拍摄「丧尸」节目的临时演员变成旗下的「殭尸兵团」了….　　80年代《殭尸先生》以中国民间的「跳尸」为拍摄题材，创出香港灵异电影新热潮，而西方亦出现了「吸血殭尸」及丧尸电影。导演陈翊恆将东、西方的殭尸、丧尸及鬼魂题材cross-over拍成《天师闹殭尸》。
